Is there a setup fee for fiber broadband?
Yes, a one-time €120 setup fee applies across all three fiber tiers (Basic, Premium and Gigabit), covering installation.
Are all the package's data really unlimited?
Yes — Fiber Basic, Premium, Gigabit and all Wireless packages are all unlimited data with no throttling.
What are your support hours?
Our Pissouri office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Support phone/WhatsApp always on! We're closed weekends and public/bank holidays.
